Safety, Education and Training...
EVERY DAY we see and hear about a Mugging, an Attack, an Assault, etc. Nowadays it doesn’t matter if you’re a Man or a Woman, how old you are, where you live, what ethnicity you are, or if you’re rich or poor... YOU’RE A TARGET PERIOD!
If that wasn’t already something to be afraid of, the recent Coronavirus Pandemic sent the entire world into a Panic & Mass Hysteria. THOUSANDS of people who never even owned a gun or firearm, let alone shoot one packed the lines at gun stores to purchase one!
This is GREAT in a lot of ways, but kinda SCARY in others!!
It’s great (BEAUTIFUL actually) that United States citizens are exercising their Second Amendment right to own a firearm in order to protect themselves and their loved ones. But it’s extremely scary that these people owning a firearm for the first time in their lives literally have NO EXPERIENCE in Gun Safety or Basic Pistol Handling & Shooting!
Folks... there’s more than just pointing and shooting! What about:
- Your State & Local gun laws for owning a gun? Do you know them?
- Where do you store a firearm when it’s not in use?
- How to load a firearm? How to unload it?
- How to properly hold a firearm?
- How to stand & position yourself when you’re about to use a firearm?
- How to shoot it? Are you ready for the kickback or recoil?
- How to clean and maintain your gun?
The list of Super-Important questions can go on & on...
BOTTOM LINE: Get the proper training that will effectively brand YOU as a Safe & Responsible gun owner!

Safety is paramount and particularly when it comes to firearms. I have had the opportunity to work with Geoff from Geo Tactical and look forward to the level of customer service, professionalism, and enthusiasm he brings to the table. The more you sweat, the less you bleed!
Oh super nice! Now that I’m actually working in the industry, I can appreciate your emphasis in proper training, safety, and responsibility. Sadly in the world we live in now, owning and knowing how to properly handle a firearm with the upmost responsibility is very necessary. Im looking forward to use some services myself offered by Geo Tactical to stay updated.
It is great to see Geo Tactical is now live. Geoff has identified a number of very important issues with regards to firearms safety and how this is relevant to every law abiding gun owner. Learning the basics is the foundation to mastery and something that all responsible gun owners must invest time and resources into. I am confident in saying that Geoff’s teaching style would reflect the professionalism and diligence I have come to know him for.
I’m really excited to see the launch of Geo Tactical! One of the biggest weaknesses I’ve seen in the private sector safety/security arena is the lack of quality training. Not just initial (foundational) training, but ongoing sustainment training that reinforces prior learning and ensures that you stay up to date on safety, tactics, and liability.
This is great stuff right here! A solid topic of conversation for all to consider. The same way for years people assume that a gun (by itself) is responsible for many tragedies and crimes, they have now jumped the gun (no pun intended) to purchase one and assume a gun BY ITSELF will protect them. Many do not understand the responsibilty that comes with safe gun ownership, how to properly use one, and then developing the right mindset which in essence has to become a part of your lifestyle.
